Birdie's Woodland Friends Coloring Book: How Birdie Met Lyle the Hedgehog

Birdie the cardinal has a new friend, and he's a little bit shy. Birdie's Woodland Friends Coloring Book is the second book in the Birdie's Cozy Cottage series, and it tells the story of how Birdie met Lyle the hedgehog.

The story

One morning, Birdie hears a tiny sound coming from a pile of leaves at the edge of the woods. Peeking out is a round little hedgehog named Lyle, and he doesn't have a home. So Birdie sets off to help.

Along the way they meet Clover the bunny in her carrot patch and Hazel the fox under a big oak tree. Together the four friends find Lyle a cozy burrow, paint his round front door, and throw him a housewarming picnic. Then come the best-friend days: rainbows, kites, berry jam, campfires and one very big group hug.
