1. Who we are

Blumonic Publishing is a brand of Blumonic LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to blumonicpublishing.com, our free printables and Birdie's Coloring Club. By using the site or joining the club you agree to them. You can reach us at hello@blumonicpublishing.com.

2. Birdie's Coloring Club membership

The club is a paid membership that gives you access to the club library of printable PDFs, including new pages added each month while you are a member. Current plans are $3.99 per month and $29.99 per year, plus a one-time $29.99 one-year gift membership. Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax is added at checkout based on your billing address.

Automatic renewal. Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price you agreed to when you joined, until you cancel. Your card is charged at the start of each period.

3. Cancellation and access

You can cancel at any time from the “Manage membership” link on the club pages, which opens the secure Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops all future charges; it does not refund the current period. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and then ends.

If a payment fails, we may email you and retry the charge through Stripe. Access is suspended while a payment is outstanding and restored once it succeeds.

4. Refunds

Because every file downloads instantly, all sales are final. There are two exceptions:

• If an annual membership renews and you contact us within 7 days of that renewal without downloading anything since the renewal, we will refund that renewal.
• Unredeemed gift memberships can be refunded before they are redeemed.

5. Printing rights

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to the pages you access as a member or download for free. You may print unlimited copies and use them for anything: at home, in a classroom, at a daycare, at church, or in your own business.

You may not resell the files, share or redistribute them as files, upload them to another site or service, or claim the artwork as your own. You may not use the pages to train image-generation models. Your club login is for your own use; sharing access is not permitted.

6. Gift memberships

Gift memberships are a one-time $29.99 purchase that gives 365 days of club access. After payment we email the buyer a printable gift certificate with a unique code. The recipient creates a free account, enters the code, and receives 365 days of access starting the day they redeem. Gift memberships need no payment details and do not renew automatically; when the 365 days end, access simply stops.

Codes are single use and may not be duplicated or sold. Keep your certificate safe — anyone with the code can redeem it.

7. Your account and fair use

You need an account to use the member library, and you are responsible for keeping your password secure. We record downloads so we can support you and answer billing questions. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and where access was clearly misused we are not obliged to refund.

8. Free printables

Free coloring pages are provided under the same printing rights described in section 5. They may be downloaded without an account.

9. Changes to the club

We may add, change or retire pages and collections. If we change the price of a plan, we will tell members by email before it applies to them, and the change will only take effect from your next renewal. If you cancel your membership, your access ends at the end of the paid period and this licence to the pages ends with it; pages you already printed may be kept and used.

10. Links to other sites

Our blog and product pages link to other shops, including Amazon and Etsy. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. As an Amazon Associate, Blumonic Publishing earns from qualifying purchases.

11. Liability and law

The site and pages are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the club is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law where you live. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
