Who we are

Blumonic Publishing is a brand of Blumonic LLC. This policy covers blumonicpublishing.com, our emails, and Birdie's Coloring Club.

What we collect

Account details you give us (email address, name and password), your club membership status and plan, the pages you download from the member library (with dates and times), emails you send us, and basic usage analytics for the site.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number or bank details; Stripe shares only the details needed to run your membership, such as your billing country, the last four digits of your card and whether a payment succeeded.

Free printables and email

Our free coloring pages do not require an account. If you join our email list, we use your address to send the free pages and occasional updates, and you can unsubscribe from any email.

How we use it

To provide your membership and downloads, to send the emails you asked for, to answer your questions, to keep records that let us resolve billing or chargeback questions, to keep the site secure, and to understand which pages are useful.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the services that run this site: Stripe (payments and the membership portal), our hosting and file storage providers, and our email provider. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and privacy-respecting analytics to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser; signing in to the club requires them.

Children

Birdie's Coloring Club is sold to grown-ups. Accounts and purchases must be made by an adult, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

How long we keep it

We keep membership and download records while your membership is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account and we will remove what we are not required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@blumonicpublishing.com. You can also cancel your membership at any time from the Manage membership link.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way we will update the date at the top and, for members, send an email.
